Precise for large and small series

Machining is a very economical process for producing a finished plastic part. Therefore it is also suitable for small series. The machining process is mainly used for construction and high-temperature plastics. Production takes place on CNC milling machines and lathes.

With plastic-specific tools, results with low tolerances are possible. Finished parts are worked out from the tools or prefabricated components are reworked in the injection moulding process.

However, meta-technik carries out production over the entire spectrum, from small to large series. This is also made possible through the use of bar loaders, powered tools and counter spindle technology.
